William acted as both seller's agent and buyer's agent for us right in the heart of the coronavirus pandemic. We decided to sell our home in February and met with him. He discussed a sales plan with us, including some simple changes we could make to our home to improve the resale value in the time before it went on the market. As our on-sale date approached, William was extremely attentive, calming our jangled nerves and staying in touch with sales trends in the area. The market was very chaotic at the time, but William executed an excellent plan and sold our home after only 2 days on the market, above our asking price.

At that point, we were comfortable working with William and so we looked for a place to purchase. We had a long list of wants and needs for our new house and William set up a custom search and showed us how to use the realtor tools effectively. The housing stock on the market was very thin at the time and the most desirable homes were going under contract very quickly with multiple offers. William helped us walk through a half dozen properties shortly after they went on the market. He never pressured us to put in an offer on any particular place, but always made important observations about the condition of the various properties. Once we were excited about a place, he helped us craft offers in the most desirable way, even if we couldn't bring the most money. Due to his help, we were able to get the second house we tried for despite two competing offers and the house met all of our numerous criteria.

Once we had a sales contract and a purchase contract, William unleashed an army of inspectors and contractors who were uniformly competent, competitively priced, prompt and professional. We were able to negotiate significant concessions from our seller but held the line on our sale. William is quietly confident, but he fights for every dollar for his clients. I met William at a charity event in December and we instantly hit it off. I knew William would be great to work with. I wasn’t ready to sell at the time, but when I finally was, he was the only person I called. He sold my Eastwood condo quickly and helped me find movers.
